How it works

Choose your accessory and select your 10 Day or 14 Day rental period using the availability calendar. Add your rental to cart and follow shipping and payment instructions. You’ll receive an initial confirmation email from us detailing your rental product and dates and another when your item is on its way, including your tracking reference (please note that you will need to sign for your parcel on delivery)

When to order

We have a very small number of each product available to rent. With this in mind, we strongly recommend that you order your rental accessory as early as possible so you don’t miss out. This is particularly important for Spring and Summer weddings.

Returning your Rental

We’ll supply returns packaging and a prepaid return label. Drop off the package at your local post office on or before the return date and retain your proof of postage. Please package your rental carefully using the tissue paper and packaging provided. If you lose your returns label or packaging please contact us so we can arrange a new label.

Take care of your Rental

We want you to feel AMAZING in your Eden b rental accessory, enjoy it as though it’s your own, but please take good care of it. Each of our accessories are handcrafted with a lot of love and we kindly ask that you treat them with the same care.

In the unfortunate event of damage to your accessory we reserve the right to charge a proportionate amount for repairs (don’t worry, we’ll always be reasonable) Should your rental accessory be lost or stolen we reserve the right to charge your payment method with an amount up to the replacement value of the product. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if your item is damaged, lost or stolen.

Damage Cover

You can choose to opt-in for Damage Cover at £20 per rental. This covers repair costs up to £150. Any damage exceeding £150 will be charged proportionately. Lost or stolen items are not covered by Damage Cover.
